Youngneil1's heartcore mod addresses many of the complaints about the game's difficulty.Īnd the Reckoning Remapping tool fixes my personal pet peeve, the fact that hotkeys for abilities do not trigger the spells (instead they cause that spell to map to RMB, which is a clunky way of doing things).

Kingdoms of Amalur: Reckoning - PCGamingWiki PCGW PCGamingWiki PCGW - an encyclopedia of PC game fixes which is a great starting point, giving basic settings, and community sourced bug fixes for most games. My number one source, for every new game, is PCGamingWiki. While true that Dev supported tools make modding much easier, you only have to look at XCOM: Enemy Unknown here, to see what can be done without any dev supported tools at all. Nexus is a great modding site, but it's expansion beyond the core TES/Fallout/Bioware games is a failrly recent, post Skyrim. Just got this game in Steam sale, so I thought I'd add what 5 minutes of searching, discovered. The only problem is that only someone able to program can mod without a modding tool while if you have a modding tool every fan of the game can mod it Sorry it took so long to reply (been busy and forgot about this post) but regardless, well said, you understood exactly what I was saying. im sorry but anyone that says modding games without tools is impossible, only knows the basics except the graphic designer just went to school for years for it. they dont realize that what they are doing are pretty much the same exact thing that graphic designers do when designing for games. the moders themselves need to just quit using tools as a crutch.

dive a little into advance modding and you'll find that ANYTHING is possible. you have to edit and replace files manually in order to get them to work. no moders tools and no nexus adaptations. If you want to know if its the loot that is bugging your game go somewhere you know there are loot bags you left pick everything up and see if enemies keep disappearing mind you this is not a fix because the moment that amount of loot bags have dropped again it will start again.Actually it is very much possible.

I have ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ OCD and id ont leave anything unlooted sooo im assuming its smth in the coding for their chaos dungeons coz the crash only happens there but the bug spread out trough the open world as well this is something the devs need to fix i loot everything my dude, like every single bag is not left unlooted, so im gonna say that your assumption is wrong, i think the problem with the bug is the chaos critters since they have a weird prolongued death animation and they can die with their chaos shields on, like first time i noticed it they exploaded twice and both times they didint have their chaos shields when they spawned in, sooo im assuming the bug is coming from that rather than unlooted loot bags If you want to know if its the loot that is bugging your game go somewhere you know there are loot bags you left pick everything up and see if enemies keep disappearing mind you this is not a fix because the moment that amount of loot bags have dropped again it will start again. If yes then that is the problem the game has a limit of how many it can spawn in and when i hit that limit it will just delete the enemies when they die without dropping loot bags.Īlso the crashes do happen sometimes but one time that i know it happens for me is when an enemy dies when its not my intervention like the chaos critters exploding when that happens it usually crashes. Originally posted by Hugana:what you guys probably have is a loot problem i have the same problem so correct me if im wrong but you guys have been leaving alot of loot bags around amalur right?
